On your device

Drafts, images and drawings can be created without an account. Share-sheet imports and editable backups stay on your device until you choose to sync or export them.

Cloud service and location

Signing in sends your email and authentication information to our separate international service. Synchronization stores your selected card documents, images, tags and timestamps. This beta’s server, database and media storage run on Contabo infrastructure in Tokyo, Japan; “US edition” describes the product, not a US storage location. China accounts and libraries are not automatically migrated.

Email and Apple

Verification emails are sent through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail’s Hangzhou service using our existing sender. Your email address and the verification message are processed by that provider in China. Apple provides TestFlight distribution and its own beta feedback/crash-reporting facilities. Purchases are disabled in this beta. The preview website has no advertising or third-party analytics scripts; a separate workers.dev preview is hosted by Cloudflare.

Community content

Public sharing is optional. Submitted previews, titles, tags, comments and profile details may be inspected by authorized moderators. Approved public content is visible to the international community; reports and block relationships are used to enforce our Community Guidelines. Private originals are not automatically published. Data is not end-to-end encrypted: service operators can access server-side records when needed to operate, support and protect the service.

Retention and choices

International cards are not automatically removed because a subscription ends. You can withdraw public posts, delete cards, export your work and initiate account deletion in Account. Deletion makes the account unavailable and queues server-side removal; physical media cleanup runs asynchronously. This beta does not promise backup recovery, so retain your own exports. Limited operational logs are retained under server rotation settings for troubleshooting and security; API access logs omit URL query parameters.

Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or help with a privacy concern. Copies you exported to another app, another user’s saved public preview, and Apple’s records are controlled separately. We do not sell your personal information or use this beta for targeted advertising.
